Manager Join the Leadership Team at The Haven Rooftop-Speakeasy-Cafe-Events The Haven is a multi-concept hospitality destination featuring a high-energy rooftop, private events, and a hidden speakeasy in the heart of South Norwalk. We are seeking experienced Manager who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team leadership.Responsibilities Include:
Deliver a high-level guest experience with a strong focus on hospitality, energy, and attention to detail Oversee daily operations across the rooftop, events, and speakeasy environments Lead shifts while maintaining service standards, organization, cleanliness, and team accountability Assist with scheduling, floor management, and day-to-day operational planning Manage inventories, receiving, bar supplies, and overall operational readiness Oversee prep, stocking, and setup for bar operations and service areas Maintain a clean, polished, and guest-ready atmosphere throughout all spaces Support cost control efforts related to labor, supplies, food, and beverage operations Handle guest concerns professionally and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing FOH team members Help build systems and structure that support growth and consistency Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment while remaining calm and solution-oriented Bring ideas, initiative, and a team-first mindset to the operation Ensure safe working conditions for both guests and staff Share a genuine passion for food, cocktails, nightlife, and hospitalitySkills & Qualifications:
Strong sense of hospitality with the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond quickly under pressure Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong attention to detail Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within an expanding hospitality concept Natural leadership ability with a proactive, hands-on management style Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Ability to stay composed and focused while managing multiple moving parts during service Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Comfortable leading and communicating with both staff and guests Basic computer proficiency including scheduling, email, and Microsoft Office programs Passion for restaurants, nightlife, hospitality, and guest experienceWhat We Offer:
