Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily operations, and inspiring a dedicated team of food service professionals. Your leadership will ensure smooth service flow, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, service quality, and staff performance Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and safety procedures to maintain high standards Utilize POS systems such as Toast for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling Coordinate shift management to ensure efficient staffing levels during peak hours and special events like banquets or catering Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas Lead staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives to build a motivated team Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a hospitable environment that encourages repeat business Skills Extensive experience in food service management within casual dining environments Proven supervising experience with strong leadership skills in team management and staff development Proficiency in managing POS systems such as Toast; experience with cash handling is essential Background in hospitality management with fine dining or hotel experience preferred Strong organizational skills in inventory control, budgeting Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and engaging with customers Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about leading teams to deliver memorable dining experiences!
