This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front and back-of-house operations, support team development, maintain high service and food quality standards, and help ensure smooth operations for both restaurant dining and private events. We are looking for a strong leader who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both guests and staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow during lunch, dinner, private events, and high-volume service periods Manage staff scheduling, shift supervision, and team accountability Lead staff training and ongoing development to uphold Vesta Wood-Fired's service standards and hospitality culture Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain quality, consistency, presentation, and timing of food service Handle POS operations, cash management, and daily restaurant procedures using systems such as Aloha POS Support private events, catering operations, banquet-style service, and special events when needed Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining team members Address guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly to maintain a positive dining experience Monitor labor and operational costs while maintaining strong service standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment at all times Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience in casual dining, upscale dining, or hospitality environments Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Experience managing staff schedules, and day-to-day operations Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset Experience with private events, catering, or banquet service is a plus Bar and beverage knowledge is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-volume service periods is required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within our hospitality team Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant known for wood-fired Italian cuisine and private events If you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
