Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure excellent performance and customer service standards Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations Utilize

system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant, including food handling and sanitation practices Coordinate with kitchen management on food production schedules, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food safety protocols, and operational procedures Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold a positive dining experience Maintain accurate records of shift reports, incident logs, inventory levels, and financial transactions Experience Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment with supervising responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Familiarity with
