About the Role We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to hire, lead and oversee our operations to ensure the success of our business. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of professionals to achieve our business goals. You will be operating a curated selection of menu offerings within a larger retail format. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve our operations, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, positive tenant relations and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Hire, manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Oversee project sales, cost control, and food and beverage operations. Provide exceptional hospitality to all customers.

Skills:

2+ years of experience in a management role Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business goals Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Dunkin' Donuts or any of their affiliates.
