Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. We operate four successful, chef-owned restaurants on the South Shore. Each with its own unique concept, menu, and style, but all operating under the same philosophy of customer service, fresh scratch food, beer, and cocktails! We are looking for experienced manager candidates to join our team. As a team, we strive to create excitement for our brands by engaging our guests with bold food in a friendly atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a comparable service environment, along with comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage.

• Craft Beer knowledge, Liquors, Wine, and Cocktails (FOH).
• Experience as a Bartender and Server is a huge asset (FOH).
• Strong focus on floor management, bar, service, and staff training (FOH).
• Strong interpersonal skills, great floor presence with customer interaction.
• Great leadership skills and the ability to build a strong team.
