Crafted by a seasoned Chef using a distinctive blend of fresh spices, our curries stand out as a testament to genuine culinary artistry—eschewing commercial curry powders or sauces. Our diverse menu showcases a variety of curries, each with its own unique flavour profile, providing options for those who prefer mild, medium, or hot dishes. Currently situated in Western Australia, we are actively seeking a dedicated and full-time permanent Restaurant Manager with 2-3 years' experience to join our team. If you are passionate about the culinary arts and have the expertise to manage a vibrant dining establishment, we welcome your application. The offered annual salary is $72000-$85000 Prospective candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Development and management of budgets. Creation of staffing rotas. Menu planning. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Promotion and marketing of the business. Oversight of stock levels and procurement of supplies. Management of customer inquiries and resolution of complaints. Reservation management. Welcoming and providing guidance to customers. Problem-solving capabilities. Preparation and presentation of staffing and sales reports. Maintenance of statistical and financial records. Assessment and enhancement of profitability. Collaboration with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives. Implementation of improvements to enhance business operations and contribute to the restaurant's development.Applicants are required to have:
