Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced environment. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and manage ordering processes using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and health regulations. Supervise kitchen activities including food production, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Lead customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and staff training sessions to foster professional growth. Implement operational policies, manage shift changes, and oversee overall restaurant management including budgeting and cost control. Experience Proven experience managing a quick service or fast food restaurant with a focus on burger or casual dining concepts. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and development skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management within the hospitality or food industry. Prior involvement in managing kitchen operations, food production processes, and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications relevant to the restaurant industry.
