As a Restaurant Manager you will help provide leadership to your employees in all aspects in a single restaurant and may supervise up to 20+ employees per shift with direct responsibility for all operations during your shift. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management and food service management Strong staff training and team management skills Excellent customer service abilities Background in supervising kitchen operations and food preparation Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Experience in casual and fine dining environments Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures

Pay:

$43,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
