Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to optimize product availability and sales Oversee employee orientation, training & development, and performance management to cultivate a motivated team Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and payroll processing to ensure optimal staffing levels Implement merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities to boost sales and enhance store presentation Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to attract talented candidates for various roles within the store Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional service experiences Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy Develop marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement Maintain organizational standards through bookkeeping, retail math calculations, and adherence to safety protocols Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer interactions Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, and retail math Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations Knowledge of employee orientation processes, training & development strategies, and staffing management Ability to handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, budgeting, and organizational planning effectively Familiarity with retail sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives & stock management Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail in store operations and administrative tasks Previous assistant manager or shift supervisor experience highly desirable Join us as a Manager where your leadership fuels success!
