Restaurant Operations Manager

Pizza Ranch in Waite Park is looking for a proven restaurant leader to join our management team as an Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone who understands restaurant operations, can motivate a team during high-volume shifts, and takes pride in creating both operational excellence and a positive workplace culture. As Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, manage labor and food costs, and drive overall restaurant performance. We are looking for someone who brings energy, accountability, leadership presence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
