Horseshoe Bay Resort Location:
Horseshoe Bay, TX (Cap Rock Golf Complex & Pool)
Pay:
$6.50/hour + tips
Schedule:
Full-Time, On-Site Position Overview Cap Rock Cabana at Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking professional Restaurant Servers to deliver high-quality service to Members and guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong hospitality skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests Maintain thorough knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus Accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner Prepare and maintain service stations and dining areas Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests Assist with table maintenance, bussing, and equipment care Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and complete shift reports as required Qualifications Experience in à la carte or fine dining preferred (resort experience a plus) Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards Flexible availability based on business needs
Requirements:
