Job Description We are seeking a skilled and professional Experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. This dual-role position requires someone with a strong background in both bartending and table service, who can deliver top-tier hospitality whether behind the bar or on the dining floor. The ideal candidate has a passion for service, a deep knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, beer, and spirits. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Engage bar guests with attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming experience. Handle cash/card transactions and manage tabs using the POS system. Enforce responsible alcohol service and verify proper identification. Greet guests promptly and professionally, presenting menus and daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner with proper presentation. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly. Clear and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized section.

Qualifications:

Three years of experience as a server and/or bartender in a full-service restaurant or bar. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol). Familiarity with POS systems. Benefits
