• Part-time KOKAGE is growing its team — we're looking for motivated people to train across kitchen, service, and operations.

We will train you from the ground up in kitchen work, customer service, and restaurant operations. If you are reliable, positive, and ready to work hard, we want to hear from you.

PAY & BENEFITS

• Starting pay: $17.40/hour

• Tips:

  $6
• 8/hour based on over 6 month results (most staff earn $23
• 25/hour total)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will rotate across three areas of the restaurant:

Kitchen:

Prepare ingredient and cook ramen, sushi, and apitizers.

Service:

Take orders, serve guests, and deliver an excellent dining experience. Build customer service and communication skills.

Operations:

Keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly, including dishwashing and closing duties.

SCHEDULE

• Evening and closing shifts
• Most shifts end between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM
