Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order taking, payment processing, and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials or new products effectively Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation guidelines Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with food prep, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math, and serving customers efficiently Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for transactions, inventory counts, and sales upselling strategies Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
