The person in this position is the single point of accountability for every system that touches the guest experience, the team's operations, and the organization's data. That includes the POS environment, network infrastructure, staff-facing tools, vendor relationships, and the growing category of AI-powered tools reshaping how restaurants operate. This is a full-time, multi-location role. Regular travel between the Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations is a core expectation of the job. All employees must be 100% aligned with our core values and committed to our mission. Own the relationship with the POS vendor, including support escalations, contract renewals, and system upgrades. Evaluate and implement POS-adjacent tools, including kitchen display systems (KDS), online ordering integrations, and payment processing. Ensure network uptime and redundancy so that a connectivity issue at one location does not affect operations. Maintain a basic cyber security posture: firewall rules, PCI-DSS compliance for payment data, software patching, and secure password management. AI Tools & Emerging Technology Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-powered tools across scheduling, labor forecasting, inventory management, and guest communication. Serve as the internal lead for AI integration with the existing POS, including tools from vendors like Aloha, PAR Technology, or Olo that use predictive analytics or agentic automation. Stay current on AI developments in the restaurant technology space and brief leadership quarterly on relevant opportunities or risks. IT Systems & Cloud Administrator (Multi-Location Operations)
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's cloud-based infrastructure across four restaurant locations, ensuring all systems operate as a unified, secure, and efficient environment. Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and eliminate redundant or underused subscriptions. Ensure all platforms, from scheduling software to loyalty programs to accounting integrations, are properly connected and exchanging data cleanly. Training & Team Support Train new and existing team members on all technology systems, with a focus on practical use rather than technical depth.
