Spurgeon St. in Downtown Santa Ana. We're looking for a Utility to keep the room running clean and the floor moving. We're fun and motivated, looking for someone with a vibe that matches. Responsibilities Run food from the kitchen to the table, and tell guests what they're eating Buss and reset tables fast and clean between seatings Act as the link between front of house and back of house, keeping both sides talking Run regular bathroom checks and keep them stocked and clean Keep the space tidy through the shift, stations stocked, floors and surfaces handled Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times What We're Looking For Moves quickly, notices the small stuff, stays calm when it's full Can talk to guests about the menu with confidence Reliable, communicates clearly, works with the team On your feet for long stretches, able to carry trays and bus tubs Available nights and weekends Minimum age 21 Restaurant or hospitality experience Eagerness to learn Benefits Tips A room you'll actually want to be in
