• Lead memorable dining experiences in one of Boston's premier event destinations.

The Restaurants & Cafes Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant and café operations, drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets. This role will partner closely with culinary and operations leadership to maintain Levy standards while maximizing efficiency and service quality.

• Qualifications
• + 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience + Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards + Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools + Ability to manage scheduling, labor, and operational reporting + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems + Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred •Key Responsibilities•+ Oversee daily restaurant and café operations + Manage staffing levels and scheduling needs + Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance + Monitor inventory and operational costs + Support training and development of hourly team members + Resolve guest service concerns promptly and professionally + Coordinate with culinary and operations leadership teams + Maintain Levy hospitality and service standards + Must be able to lift 15 lbs plus and bend •Curious about Life at Levy?
