Restoration Estimator

We are looking for a reliable Restoration Estimator to preform insurance related tasks including estimating using the

XACTIMATE

program and negotiations with insurance adjusters with the help of office member assistance.

Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for insurance claims and construction projects Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget Provide support to project management team by assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Communicate with homeowners on their insurance claim

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques Proficiency in using software Xactimate Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
