Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Restorative Nurse Manager- Registered Nurse to lead our restorative care team in delivering exceptional patient-centered services. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination and implementation of restorative nursing programs aimed at enhancing patients' functional abilities, promoting independence, and improving quality of life. Your leadership will ensure compliance with healthcare standards, foster a collaborative team environment, and uphold the highest levels of patient care in a fast-paced, diverse setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys while managing clinical operations efficiently. Duties Lead and supervise nursing staff in delivering comprehensive restorative care, including mobility assistance, skin integrity management, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that incorporate therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and dementia care strategies. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth transitions for patients returning to their homes or other care facilities. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards across all nursing activities. Manage restorative aide schedules, supervise team performance, and promote ongoing education. Experience Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification. Proven leadership experience in nursing management within long-term care facilities or hospitals. Extensive clinical background in restorative nursing practices, geriatrics, behavioral health, or memory care environments. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Point Click Care for documentation and patient management. Strong understanding of infection control procedures, medication administration protocols. Supervisory skills in team management, staff development, and performance evaluation are essential for success in this role.
