Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the retail store. You will assist in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store staff and day-to-day operations
• Help with budgeting, stock management, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions
• Support in payroll processing and administrative tasks
• Handle cash transactions and ensure cash handling procedures are followed Skills
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail environment
• Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
• Familiarity with retail math concepts
• Competence in payroll processing and administrative duties
• Proficient in cash handling procedures Pay will be based on experience
