Retail Associate

Job Description:

The Industrial & Agricultural Retail Loading Crew Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading products, including pipe, hardware, and agricultural supplies, onto customer trailers and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate material handling equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load products onto customer trailers and vehicles, as well as unload deliveries. Assist customers with their orders when needed, including responding to inquiries. Maintain organized and clean storage and loading areas. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures. Work Saturdays is required to support business operations is required Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly. Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or industrial/agricultural settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Basic communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
