Retail Associate

We are looking for a socially confident retail associate to assist our customers with purchasing decisions, process transactions, and maintain a clean & visually appealing salesfloor. The retail specialists are the face of our business. They are usually the first people our guests interact with in person. Our retail specialists should be welcoming and kind when interacting with our customers and guests. The retail specialists are expected to come to work in a good mood and greet each customer as they come into the store. To be successful as a retail associate you should have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers… We are the Experts in Outdoor Fun, afterall! An exceptional retail associate should be able to provide customers with seamless, positive shopping experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

Serves customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters. Responds to customers' questions & offering assistance. Provide outstanding customer service. Documents sales in our POS. Processing payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, and store or other credit & debit cards. Alerts management of potential security issues. Perform indoor/outdoor cleaning tasks. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Arranging merchandise on shelves & displays. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. Guest registration for canoe & kayak livery guests, slingshot rentals & lodging accommodations Interact with customers, guests and vendors

$11 - $13 depending on experience
