Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer feels welcome and receives the best service. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain the cleanliness of the store, and keep our products beautifully displayed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries. Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients and preparation tips. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Stock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and attractive. Assist with inventory management and restocking products. Handle customer complaints and returns with a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Follow all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts, weekends and some holidays.
