Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and sell services and products Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Professionally handle inquiries and assisting customers Support supervisory staff by supervising team members during shifts and contributing to a positive team atmosphere Qualifications Previous sales experience is valued but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience helps in supporting team operations and maintaining store standards Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
