We need someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and customer-focused to lead in-store sales and maintain our high company standards. This role requires a flexible, service-oriented individual focused on driving sales, profit, and customer loyalty through proactive selling and expert product knowledge. Key responsibilities include maintaining high merchandising and QC Supply Company standards, managing inventory, processing freight, and adhering to loss prevention protocols. Customer ServiceCommunication:

Excellent verbal/written communication, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and speak persuasively. Assisting walk-in customers, resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships. Must be proactive in seeking guidance on non-routine matters.

InterpersonalTeamwork:

Strong ability to work cross-functionally, balance team/individual responsibilities, and resolve conflict ethically.

Operational Skills:

Strong proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office. Proficiently operate cash registers and other store equipment, managing cash, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems in a timely manner, and adapt to changes. Exceptional organizational skills.

Professionalism:

Demonstrates business acumen, ethical conduct, respect for diversity, and adherence to safety/organizational policies.

Accountability:

Performing opening/closing procedures, controlling expenses, and reducing shrink.

Reliability:

Maintaining consistent attendance and adaptability to assigned tasks.

Accuracy:

Accurate counting, reading, and documentation. High attention to detail.

Training:

Successful completion of all required training.

Proactively assist customers in-store to boost sales and product knowledge.

OperationsStandards:

Lead inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean, professional retail space.

TechAdministration:

Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking and accurate sales processing.

EducationExperience Minimum Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

Preferred Background:

Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine care, or welding.

Languages:

Basic English reading/understanding required; bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Demands This is a physically active, 100% on-site retail position requiring constant standing, walking, and visibility to customers and team members.

Mobility:

Constant walking, standing, and moving throughout the store (selling floor, stock area, outside) for the entire shift.

Lifting/Handling:

Ability to lift, move, and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds .

Agility:

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, twisting, and climbing ladders.

Reaching:

Occasional overhead reaching.

Environment:

Primarily indoor retail with moderate noise, but must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
