Full-time Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to support our Retail Director and daily operations and ensure accurate data management across our retail systems. This role requires strong technical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency Maintain and update retail systems, databases, and inventory records Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings Support point-of-sale (POS) systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues Generate and analyze reports related to sales, inventory, and performance metrics Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily retail operations Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and product setup in systems Ensure all records and documentation are organized and up to date Provide support during peak business periods, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

Strong technical proficiency, including experience with POS systems, spreadsheets, and retail software Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Previous retail or administrative experience preferred

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time position Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
