RETAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE/WAREHOUSE SHIPPING

Wolff-ST, LLC is a privately held Women's Fashion Footwear company located in Fenton, Missouri. We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Customer Support Associate /Warehouse Shipping. This hybrid role combines customer support with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, computer proficiency, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will perform the following duties: Key Responsibilities Retail Customer Support Duties - Call Center / 1-800 Assist retail customers via phone, email, and order portals Process orders accurately, returns, and exchanges Provide product information and resolve retail customer concerns such as backorders, damages, shortages, and returns Maintain accurate retail customer records in company systems

Warehouse Duties:

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Receive and stock incoming inventory Meet daily shipping deadlines, including dropship orders (24-48 hour turnaround) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Qualifications 1+ years of customer support experience / warehouse Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Must be dependable, punctual, and team oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Paid vacation and personal/sick time Flexible work environment (if applicable) Schedule 8 Hour Shifts Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Occasional overtime and weekend hours
