Position Title Retail Lead Job Description What You Will Do Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and supporting team performance Assist with daily dispensary operations, including opening/closing procedures and workflow management Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies Support inventory organization, cleanliness, and overall dispensary presentation Help train and guide team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Assist management with day-to-day operational support and customer issue resolution What Success Looks Like Consistently provides high-quality customer interactions Demonstrates leadership and reliability during daily operations Maintains accuracy in transactions and compliance procedures Supports team efficiency and customer flow during peak hours Helps create a positive, motivated, and customer-focused store culture Meets or exceeds individual and store performance expectations Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Previous retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required Compensation Base pay: $16.00 per hour plus tips Work Location Sunrise Dispensary -
