Job Description:

Vintage Frames Company is looking for a highly accountable, execution-focused operator to run our Miami location. This is not a traditional retail role. The store functions as a hybrid of: retail storefront live commerce studio (WhatNot) fulfillment hub We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations, maintain high execution standards, and support revenue generation across both in-store and live channels. Responsibilities Open and close the store while maintaining a high standard of presentation Drive in-store sales and client experience Execute all order fulfillment (Shopify + WhatNot) with strict same-day shipping standards Pick, pack, and ship high volumes of orders (50-100+ units when required) Manage inventory, incoming packages, and returns with full accuracy Support and/or participate in live selling on WhatNot Maintain clear daily reporting and operational visibility Ensure no gaps in store operations, fulfillment, or customer experience Qualifications Proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a location or workflow Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset Experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics Comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive operational tasks Reliable, consistent, and accountable with strong communication Ability to prioritize and execute under pressure without supervision Basic proficiency with e-commerce and operational tools (Shopify, POS, ShipStation or similar) This role requires: reliability strong execution ability to operate without supervision We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the day-to-day business and operate at a high level consistently.

Preferred:

Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands Live selling or on-camera experience (WhatNot, TikTok Live, IG Live) Retail experience with a strong execution mindset Compensation Hourly base + performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling live commerce business
