Retail Manager - Buffbunny Boutique Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity (Starting at ~20 Hours/Week) At Buffbunny Collection, we're creating more than a retail store , we're creating an elevated, community-driven shopping experience inside Buffbunny Boutique at Alphaland. We're looking for a proactive, fashion-forward Retail Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves merchandising, understands customer experience, and has a strong eye for what keeps a boutique feeling fresh, exciting, and on-brand. This role will begin part-time (approximately 20 - 30 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the boutique continues to expand.

What You'll Do:

Boutique Operations & Merchandising Ensure the boutique floor is consistently refreshed, organized, and visually elevated Maintain store standards and create an inviting customer experience Monitor inventory levels and identify fast-selling products Reorder products as needed and communicate inventory needs proactively Assist with merchandising updates and new product launches Sales & Customer Experience Support customers in-store with sizing, styling, and product recommendations Create a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment Help drive boutique sales and customer retention through exceptional service Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Team Leadership Support and guide floor associates to maintain brand and service standards Help train associates on store expectations, customer experience, and merchandising Lead by example with professionalism, initiative, and positivity Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the e-commerce and operations teams to communicate: Best-selling items Customer feedback and trends Inventory needs Opportunities for in-store improvements Assist with launch preparation and retail promotions What We're Looking For Previous retail leadership or boutique management experience preferred Strong eye for merchandising, organization, and aesthetics Passion for fashion, fitness, and community-driven brands Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Shopify, inventory systems, or retail POS systems is a plus Weekend availability preferred
