Retail Manager - Meat Sales

We are a growing "ranch-to-table" operation looking for a Retail Store Manager to take the reins on our day-to-day business. We are looking for a versatile leader with that "Swiss Army Knife" skillset who is excited to build a brand from the ground up.

JOB DUTIES

Own the Inventory and Logistics process. This will include coordinating and physically executing product pickups, managing inventory, and ensuring our storefront stays accurate Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory counts and minimize discrepancies Collaborate effectively across departments, including Finance, Administration, and Marketing to ensure consistency of processes. The ideal candidate will initially anchor our storefront experience, ensuring that customers are getting a premium experience and acting as the primary point of contact for our local community Oversee and maintain the online ordering process Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, managing the sales pipeline from initial outreach to final invoice. Assist in building the "playbook" for the business, creating efficient processes for fulfillment and reporting directly to the owner on growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Retail experience is a Plus Excellent problem-solving skills Computer skills Proven experience in a multi-faceted role where you were required to wear many hats while achieving business objectives Strong communication skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to handle physical requirements of lifting and transporting goods. A valid driver's license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift up to 125lbs Must be able to travel to our processing facility in Caro for scheduled beef pickups Capable of standing on your feet for 8 hours Frequent exposure to climate-controlled weather such as walk-in freezers

Pay:
