The Retail Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing initiatives of our retail operations. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand presence in our retail locations. This is a fully onsite 6-month contract in Broomfield, CO. Key Responsibilities Manage vendor relationships
Write and manage marketing creative briefs
Handle print asset bids, distribution lists, and production
Oversee creative file management
Manage store data
Create and track purchase orders
Support new store openings
Coordinate daily/weekly communications
Set up and manage promotions
Perform additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications 1+ years of experience in retail marketing or marketing operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Adobe InDesign skills preferred, but not required
Understanding of the fast-paced retail environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
