Responsibilities:

Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and effective time management Accurately compound, dispense, and review medications Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and side effects Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain regulatory staffing ratios Ensure compliance with quality assurance, controlled substance, and safety standards Manage pharmacy systems, records, billing, and inventory Resolve insurance issues and report medication errors promptly Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Maintain knowledge of regulations, programs, and industry updates Support customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance Perform additional duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

Active California pharmacist license Pharm.
