  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their team and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic setting.
This full-time, direct hire position offers the opportunity to manage pharmacy operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support pharmacy associates within a collaborative retail environment.
Location:
Mifflinburg, PA Schedule:
10-hour shifts: 9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM 11-hour shifts: 9:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM OR 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM Variable day and afternoon shifts Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong collaboration with the store operations team, driving associate engagement and effectively communicating pharmacy and company strategies. Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing prescriptions, conducting Drug Utilization Reviews, and final quality checks according to state and federal regulations. Manage pharmacy operations to maximize profitability and promote growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management. Collaborate with district management to control inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand efficiently. Lead and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy associates through training, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized department. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to build trust and loyalty. Engage with healthcare providers, utilizing resources to troubleshoot and ensure prescription accuracy. Prioritize and complete essential pharmacy tasks, including inventory control and will-call management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred This direct hire opportunity offers a rewarding leadership role with a competitive compensation range.
