Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage transactions, and maintain an organized store environment will be key to your success. Duties Greet customers, and help them feel amazing in a new outfit Style Mannequins +merchandise Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Keep the shop looking amazing Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to enhance the shopping experience. Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
