In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers with their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with merchandising, and upselling will be highly valued. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable experience in the retail industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Cashiering duties Upsell products and promote special events to increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking Ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized throughout the shift Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels Supervise or assist with supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth store operations Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment Skills Proficiency with cashiering, and retail math calculations Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Experience in merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone or online Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
