• 24-32 hrs per week We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
• Support management with shipment (loading and unloading) sometimes the deliveries are heavy so this will be a physically active job.

Skills:

• Cash handling experience, including operating cash registers and processing transactions
• Strong phone etiquette skills for answering customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone
• Previous retail sales experience.
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency in basic retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change amounts

Pay:

$19.00
