Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the frontline ambassador for DCNY Inc., serving as the primary contact for new and existing customers. The Retail Sales Associate will help clients understand our offerings, manage account needs, and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries in person. Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services. Recommend upgrades and new offerings based on individual customer needs. Build and maintain strong professional relationships face to face. Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with fellow Retail Sales Associate team members to achieve sales and service goals..

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account support preferred but not required — Retail Sales Associate training is provided! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer‑focused mindset with professionalism and empathy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
