Retail Sales Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting in all departments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Duties:

• Assist customers selecting formal attire and accessories.
• Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences and body types.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers for all events for formalwear, menswear and more. This includes accuracy in measuring for tuxedo and suit purchases and rentals, and for prom/formal events.
• Conduct fittings and measurements to ensure proper fit and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions using the cash register and POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
