The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on the beauty industry.
Engage customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
