Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate, with previous cannabis retail experience to join our dynamic team, especially on weekends! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service for our very unusual store. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming shopping experience will be key to your success. Also may be an option to get a double badge for potential folks who might be interested and efficient helping us meet our packaging needs in our lab. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, handling cash, and managing inventory efficiently. Maintain well-stocked shelves and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Uphold high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, cannabis dispensary experience a plus. Strong communication skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure inventory is maintained effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
