Retail Sales Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and offer advice on running and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories. Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and goals. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling. Unpack shipments, stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented. Maintain organized inventory records and assist with stocking supplies to ensure product availability. Assisting customers with ordering items when an item, color, or style is not in stock. Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment. Communicate product features clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially within footwear but not required. Knowledge of footwear is highly desirable, but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, or opening and closing a business, but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members. Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse clientele.
