Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on a variety of products, including gardening supplies, floral arrangements, and outdoor equipment Maintain store presentation through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is attractive and accessible Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and electronic payments with precision Offer knowledgeable advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and floral design to enhance customer satisfaction Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, replenishing items, and assisting with merchandising strategies Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Promote e-commerce options by guiding customers on online shopping platforms and facilitating order pickups or returns Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and POS systems to ensure smooth transactions Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in customer interactions Familiarity with merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that boost sales Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and active listening skills to meet shopper needs confidently
