Retail Sales Associate - Manitou Springs

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Hunt + Gather Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. Duties:

• Greet customers and provide them with personalized assistance
• Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
