Full and part time, all positions from sales associates to managers. We are looking for fashion knowledge and wine knowledge or even a bit of both! Flexible schedules available. Does this look like you? Need to be outgoing, friendly and able to provide a personalized shopping experience. Customer service and excellent communication skills are a must. We need a customer champion! A self starter who can work independently as well as a driven problem solver. Do you hate standing around bored? Are you always looking for a new project? Are you always thinking of ways we can do better? We want that energy! Mature and responsible. You need to be able to show up on time with an outstanding work ethic and take responsibility for your work every single day. Organizational skills must be off the charts. Do you have an A type personality? We've got endless potential for your organizing itch. You need to be able to maintain merchandise displays. There will be cleaning involved and there may be an opportunity for visual merchandising. Preferred candidates will have a good working knowledge of popular clothing brands, price points and trends. Preferred candidates will have experience in the wine industry, in-depth knowledge of wines, and the ability to provide customers with suggested food pairings and tasting notes. Retail experience is strongly preferred. Social media skills are a plus. There may be opportunities to be on camera for social media purposes. Our unique business model pairs a distinctive resale boutique with an elevated wine shop on Nantucket Island. We strive to be at the leading edge of the clothing resale market with our unique resale model, high quality luxury brands and amazing customer service. We believe in making fashion sustainable and looking fabulous while doing it! Our wine shop will be a new concept for us this year and seeks to provide a distinctive and fun shopping experience for our discerning wine customers.
