RETAIL MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic, experienced retail manager to provide exceptional service to our guests, lead your retail team by example, and maintain a clean and welcoming retail experience. Give samples to guests visiting our store, talk about bees and the Honeyville and Honey House Distillery story, give guests suggestions for things to do in the area and feel good about working for a small multigenerational family business. Must have management experience and be over 21 years old. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing inventory as needed. Perform cash handling duties, ensuring all transactions are processed securely and accurately. Conduct product sampling, enhancing guest experience and knowledge of products. Communicate effectively with team members. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding, enthusiastic customer service. Experience Previous experience in leadership, retail and staff management is required. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems. Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage customers in a friendly manner. Enthusiatic team leadership. A willingness to learn about products, business history and the importance of bees. Familiarity with Human Resources, effectively listening and ability to adapt to various changes in the workplace.

NOTE:

our retail store is open 8:00 am•6:30 pm during peak season). The manager's schedule is flexible depending on staffing and retail demands. Join us as a Retail Manager and contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our guests!

Pay:

$19.00•$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32•40 per week
