Retail Sales Supervisor - Pebble Beach Womens Shop (Full Time)

The Retail Sales Supervisor provides excellent customer service in order to produce optimum sales and achieve budgeted revenue goals. Supervise and maintain Pebble Beach Company retail standards. Supervise daily merchandising of the shop.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with management to achieve retail revenue budget and control expenses. Supervise retail and staff in daily operations and ensure guest service standards are met. Open and close store as directed by manager. Efficiently operate cash register to complete customer transactions. Maintain stock levels, merchandise standards, and housekeeping standards on the sales floor. Supervise and maintain stock room cleanliness and organization. Provide Retail Customer Service and Sales Skills training and coaching as directed by manager. Proficient in Data Works inventory control software. Maintain proper inventory paperwork tracking in an organized manner and assist in the reconciliation of monthly retail P&L statements. Take the lead in planning, organizing, and supervising physical inventory counts and reconciliation as directed by manager. Assist in the training and development of retail staff as directed by manager. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures. Always keep manager informed regarding general operations, staffing, and merchandise challenges and opportunities including any potential problem.

Absolutely Required Skills:

Basic math skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-performance/multi-task environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with a POS system. 2+ years retail shop experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
