Summary:
Supervises and coordinates branch activities of Retail Services staff (New Accounts, Tellers, and Lobby Staff) in providing personalized banking services by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department as well as present, monitor and maintain a professional work environment. 2) Monitoring and reporting of lobby safety and maintenance. 3) Assisting customers and staff with problem resolutions & special requests (wires, debit card and internet banking services). 4) Evaluating customer needs to suggest appropriate bank products, opening & processing all available new account types and detecting & reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1) Customer and Personal Service
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 2) English Language
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. 3) Mathematics
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, basic accounting and their applications.
4) Excellent attention to detail.
