Retail Stock Assistant

We're looking for a couple of reliable, hard-working people to join our team as Retail Stock Assistants here in Parma. What the job looks like It's a hands-on role that keeps you on your feet.

A typical day will involve:

Stock & Replenishment:

Receiving deliveries, checking stock in, and making sure shelves are always full and well-presented.

Storage & Organisation:

Keeping the stockroom tidy, rotating products, and making sure everything is exactly where it should be.

Shop Floor Support:

Helping out on the floor when needed — keeping displays neat and lending a hand to the sales team.

Delivery Handling:

Unloading, sorting, and processing incoming stock efficiently and accurately.

Teamwork:

Working alongside the rest of the team to make sure the shift runs smoothly for everyone. Is this for you? We care more about attitude than experience. We're mostly looking for: A strong work ethic: You don't mind physical work and you take pride in doing the job properly.
